Darren Fells has extended his contract ..
.. with Spotter Leuven. The U.S. power forward came to Belgium out of college, Cal. Irvine, last year and did have a good season for Spotter Leuven averaging 9,6 ppg (52,0%) and 4,9 rpg while being 36,7% from behind the arc based on 33 games (including Play-Offs). The left-handed power forward decided to stay with the team of Croatian head coach Ivica Skelin to keep developping his game. Leuven had a very good season by qualifying for the quarter-finals of the Play-Offs, after finishing in 6th place) in which they lost to Okapi Aalstar (nr. 3 of the overall ranking) in a Best-of-Three series (2-1).
