.. an agreement with Le Portel as a "medical replacement player" for the upcoming 6 weeks to start with. The French Pro B team, which delivered a big surprise to table leader Evreux by demolishing their undefeated status (70-72) last night, will add the experienced former Lehigh graduate (2004) to their roster with immediate effect. Austen Rowland is well-known for his leadership on the floor. The proven point guard played this past season in the German Bundesliga for Giessen 46ers (6 games) and Ulm (19 games; 18 minutes per outing in which he recorded 6,8 ppg - 60,9% FG, 36,5% 3-pts, 2,1 rpg & 3,1 apg).
