Johannes Lischka
Johannes Lischka wins first for Ludwigsburg

After an 0-2 start Ludwigsburg won..

.. it's first game of the BBL season tonight behind a big performance of Johannes Lischka. The 203 cm German forward played well enough in the first two losses at home but really came through for coach Markus Jochum today on the road against Göttingen. Lischka started the game and scored 14 points (6/9 two's and 2/2 ft's) and led all players on both teams in rebounding grabbing 8. Lischka started off the game distributing the ball accounting for the first three assists on Ludwigsburg's side and kept his team in the running after an initial deficit (40-36 at half). In the closing seconds he secured the win with a big rebound and the two free throws: 71-72 final. Rick Rickert contributed to the win with 10 and 4 while Adam Waleskowski had a big night for the losing side scoring 24 points (7/9 two's, 2/3 three's, and 4/4 ft's) and grabbing 6 rebounds.
