Ralph Biggs inks with Antwerp Giants
Belgian/U.S. swingman Ralph Biggs did..
.. play his final game for CSP Limoges tonight (86-75 loss; Ronnie Taylor had 11 pts for the winning home team) on the road against Pau-Orthez. The versatile veteran, celebrating his 35th birthday tomorrow, will be joining Antwerp Giants with immediate effect for the remainder of this current season. He played exactly 3 months for CSP Limoges and requested for his release recently because things didn't work out as expected. The former Towson U. graduate (1998) is no stranger to the Belgian basketball scene since he joined Oostende in 1999 after playing for BS/Weert in The Netherlands for his rookie season . He played for Oostende untill the 2002-2003 season and joined Liège the following year before heading to Spirou Charleroi where he played for 3 seasons. The versatile swingman played the next 3 seasons in Russia (2 with Ural Great Perm and 1 with Samara last season). He played in 13 games for Limoges this season.
