.. role in the home victory of Chalon-Reims against Boulazac: 90-69. The former Combo-Guard of California State Northridge was unstoppable and managed to score 17 points while grabbing 4 rebounds and having 4 assists as well. Chalon-Reims is now only 2 wins away of Boulazac which is ranked 2nd. Rodrigue Mels is averaging 17 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 2.8 apg and 2.1 spg over the last 10 games. Other Court Side clients did well too this evening in the Frnech Pro B league. Jeremiah Wood, who is dominating Pro B in the paint, recorded his 7th "double-double" in a row!!! Actually it was the 22nd "double-double" of Jeremiah in 28 games played so far. The former graduate of Akron U. had almost a triple-double the last game won at Vichy with 16 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists. In a losing home effort this evening against Limoges (Chris Massie had 11 pts and 12 rebs) Wood was very active on both sides of the floor with 19 pts, 11 rebs and 3 assists. Ronnie Taylor and his Le Portel are competiting to save their spot in Pro B but could not get the necessary win tonight. Despite his 15 pts and 12 assists, Ronnie couldn't prevent a loss against Bourg-en-Bresse (76-68).
