U.S. guard Jonathan Gibson officially..
.. became a new member of Enel Brindisi, currently in 2nd place in LegaDue with a 17-9 record. The American point guard signed a deal for rest of the season, including the play-offs off course. Gibson arrives to Brindisi from Turkish Trabzonspor where he appeared 29 times for them in TBL averaging 19.9 points, 3.7 assists and 2.5 rebounds. Jonathan Gibson split last season between Turkey (Oyak Renault) and Israel (Ironi Ashkelon). He started it with Oyak Renault registering 18.1 ppg, 3.9 rpg and 3.3 apg for 11 TBL games. The former graduate of New Mexico State (2010) joined the Israelian team afterwards to finish the 2010-'11 season before signing with Trabzon for this season. Enel Brindisi will be fighting to go up to LegaA in the upcoming play-offs.
