Corey Rouse Corey Rouse has agreed to a 1-year..
.. agreement with Charleville-Mézières in the French Pro B. The power forward was top 10 in scoring, rebounding, efficiency rating, blocks, 2PT FG% and double-doubles| in Finland this season with 20.2 ppg, 9.8 rpg. Several teams showed very serious interest in his services throughout the summer. The upside of the French league made him decide to take the offer made by coach Mbaye, the new head coach of Charleville. After coming out of East Carolina, where he both in his junior year and senior year averaged a double-double in points and rebounds, the native of Kinstone, NC, native started out succesfully in the German Bundesliga for Nürnberg. The previous 2 seasons (2007-2009) he was active for Giessen 46ers where he registered approximately 10 ppg & 6 rpg in both seasons. Corey will be expected to arrive next week in Charleville to discover this particular athletic league that the French Pro B is.
